The Korean National Police Agency has appointed League of Legends player Lee 'Faker' Sang-hyeok as an honorary 'Senior Officer' to promote the 'Youth Cyber Gambling Voluntary Reporting System,' which allows young people to report gambling issues in exchange for support and leniency. Faker, a six-time Worlds winner, was chosen for his positive role model status to encourage more youth participation in the program, which has already seen over 1,000 self-reports.
