All Trial Locations in PoE

Completing the Trials of Ascendancy in Path of Exile is mandatory if you want to get all of your class' Ascendancy skill points. There are 10 of them found all across the campaign, and an additional 6 more are found randomly during the mapping stage of the endgame. The trials are divided into four different groups, each opening the way to a different version of Path of Exile's Labyrinth dungeon, which houses the key to unlocking your character's true potential. Where to Find All Campaign Trials of Ascendancy in PoE Location Normal Labyrinth The Lower Prison (Act 1) The Crypt Level 1 (Act 2) The Chamber of Sins Level 2 (Act 2) The Crematorium (Act 3) The Catacombs (Act 3) The Imperial Gardens (Act 3) Cruel Labyrinth The Prison (Act 6) The Crypt (Act 7) The Chamber of Sins Level 2 (Act 7) Merciless Labyrinth The Bathhouse (Act 8) The Tunnel (Act 9) The Ossuary (Act 10) These are all the PoE Trials you can find while playing through the campaign. Take note that you need to finish all Trials of Ascendancy for each bracket in order to unlock the version of the Labyrinth that they're related to. For example, if you finish 4 Trials for the Normal Labyrinth and 2 for the Cruel version, you won't be able to access either Labyrinth variant despite having completed 6 different Trials. Every map in Path of Exile is randomly generated, so we can't exactly pinpoint the locations of each of these Trials of Ascendancy. However, given the way maps are generated, the general locations of each Trial should be consistent through different versions of the maps they're found on. For example, the Trial of Ascendancy in Act 3's Imperial Gardens will always be toward the top-left side of the waypoint. Trials of Ascendancy will be serious tests for your builds in PoE. Always come prepared. Eternal Labyrinth Trials Unlike the Trials of Ascendancy found in the PoE campaign, the ones you need to challenge the Eternal Labyrinth (also called the Uber Lab) can only be found while mapping. To access it, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Finish the Merciless Labyrinth Reach level 68 Get and use an Offering to the Goddess Previously, players needed to complete all 6 endgame Trials before they could enter the Eternal Labyrinth, but this changed during the Scourge league. Now, you only need an Offering to the Goddes, an item that you can get by completing maps or league mechanics, or by trading with other players. Once you get an Offering to the Goddess, you can simply use it to open a portal that leads straight to the Uber Lab. There are 6 different endgame Trials of Ascendancy, and they all have a chance to appear randomly while clearing T6+ non-unique yellow maps or higher. These Trials include: Trial of Piercing Truth Trial of Swirling Fear Trial of Crippling Grief Trial of Burning Rage Trial of Lingering Pain Trial of Stinging Doubt Completing these will reward you with an Offering to the Goddess after you interact with the tablet at the end of each Trial.
