At Skrino, our reviews are built on hands-on experience, honest assessment, and clear criteria. This policy explains how we approach reviews across games, hardware, and peripherals.

Games

Our game reviews are based on actual playtime across relevant platforms. We evaluate gameplay, story, performance, visuals, audio, and replayability. Reviewers disclose their playtime and platform. Scores reflect the reviewer's honest assessment — not external influence.

Hardware & Peripherals

Hardware reviews are based on real-world testing in typical gaming setups. We evaluate build quality, performance, comfort, features, and value. Where possible, we compare against direct competitors in the same price range. Products are tested for at least several days before a review is published.

Review Copies & Loans

We may receive review copies of games or loaned hardware from manufacturers and publishers. Receiving a copy does not guarantee coverage or a positive review, and it does not affect our editorial independence. We disclose when a review copy or loaner unit was provided.

Buying Guides

Our buying guides recommend products based on research, testing, and market analysis. Products are selected based on quality, value, and suitability for different use cases and budgets. Affiliate relationships do not influence which products are included or how they are ranked.

Updates & Corrections

Reviews may be updated to reflect new information, price changes, or software updates. Significant changes are noted at the top of the review. If an error is found, we correct it transparently.
