Disney Dreamlight Valley just became a scavenger hunt paradise, and I’m not sure if that's genius or just mildly infuriating. The Picture Pursuit: Buzz quest is here, and it's all about finding Hamm Motifs. Think Where’s Waldo, but with more pastel colors and less existential dread.
Buzz Lightyear and Woody have turned Bonnie’s room into a sticker-printing frenzy. Your mission? Track down four elusive Hamm Motifs hidden in this chaotic Toy Story Realm. Spoiler alert: it’s not as easy as finding a sock in a laundry basket.
The first Hamm Motif is a classic. It’s tucked away on the left wall inside Bonnie’s closet. Now, to get there, you need to navigate a mini-maze of cacti. Seriously, who thought this was a good idea? Once you’re through the gap in the closet doors, look right. There it is, next to a red backpack, mocking you with its simplicity.
Next up is the second Hamm Motif, hanging right over Bonnie’s bed. Climb the ramp and search above the purple striped pillow. It’s like a game of hide and seek, but the stakes are way too low for how much effort this requires. You’d think Buzz would put in a little more effort himself.
For the third Hamm Motif, stay on Bonnie’s bed. Yes, you read that right. From that vantage point, just turn around and look for a tall white bookshelf. It’s next to a green book with a rainbow on it. I mean, who doesn’t love a good rainbow?
The fourth and final Hamm Motif is chilling on the back of a low white shelf, just before the orange and green flower table. You have to be a bit of a contortionist to spot it. But hey, at least it’s not hidden under a bed of nails or something.
“Completing this mission feels less like a triumph and more like a small, frustrating victory.”
After you’ve hunted down all four motifs, check back with Buzz. Claim your reward, pat yourself on the back, and remember that you’re one step closer to completing this event. If you’re feeling particularly ambitious, you might want to tackle other Picture Pursuit quests like Cinderella or Mickey. But good luck with that. You’ll need it.
In the end, this quest is like trying to find a needle in a haystack — if the haystack were made of nostalgic animated distractions. I’ll stick to my PC building, thanks. At least thermal paste doesn’t hide from you.
