Harmonious Clarity Terminal: Downstairs Bridge Armory

The Harmonious Clarity Terminal is found after you and Johnson enter the bridge area. Defeat the Covenant, progress through the mission, and wait for the cutscene to end. Once control returns, head to the downstairs section of the bridge where the hologram is located.

In front of you will be two doors. Either door leads into the armory, so the important part is not which one you choose. Step through the next door, then look to the left side of the room to find the Terminal.

Terminals are the slow-pickup version of collectibles, but they give Halo missions a little breathing room. In Heavy Burden, this one is tucked behind an active combat area rather than hidden in a dead-end, which makes it feel like a reward for not rushing straight through the bridge.

Start by heading through the left doors, then drop down onto the platform on the right. From there, you should see a purple fire pit facing the stone pillar that holds the Skull. Stand on the fire pit, jump across, and press interact while jumping to grab it.

The trick works because the fire pit gives you the height and angle needed to reach the pillar. Once collected, the Skull makes Grunts’ heads pop into celebration effects when you land headshots, which turns a familiar Halo enemy into a walking party favor.

Efficient Skull: Out-of-Bounds Sprint After Platform Restart

The Efficient Skull is the most awkward collectible in Heavy Burden because it takes you briefly out of bounds. Deeper in the mission, you will activate a platform and ride it through the level. The power eventually shuts down, forcing you to turn the platform back on before continuing.

After restarting it, step back onto the platform and ride into the second room, which comes after the bridge room with the Brutes. Be careful here, because that bridge area can still be active with enemies nearby. Once you reach the next room, look to the left.

You need to jump off the platform onto the platforms on the left, then immediately sprint to the back-right corner. That is where the Efficient Skull is waiting. You will be out of the normal playable space for roughly 10 seconds before falling or dying if you linger.

If you die after grabbing it, you do not need to collect it again. The pickup should remain saved, so the risk is mostly about whether you can safely return to the platform after the quick grab.

Efficient is the most practical combat Skull in this mission, but only when you are healthy. This order keeps backtracking to a minimum. Heavy Burden is short enough that every extra step can feel noticeable, so collecting in mission order is the easiest way to avoid losing time.

If you are chasing a harder challenge run, skip Eye Patch after collecting it. It disables auto-aim, which makes ranged encounters feel more demanding. The other Skulls can still be collected afterward if you want the full set, but Eye Patch is the one that most directly changes your baseline difficulty.
