No exact episode, release date, or dramatic beat was attached to the tease, so this is not a full roadmap. It is, however, a strong signal that the show is preparing to move from hidden-villain suspense to open conflict.
That shift matters because the Dark Wizard has been less of a mystery box than a slow leak of certainty. Fans of Tolkien know who Sauron is, but the series has spent two seasons making his current face, methods, and political reach feel new.
