We’re still a few months out from July 2026, but Xbox Game Pass is already teasing its next big batch of arrivals. Microsoft has started rolling out the first confirmed titles for the month, and while the full list isn’t packed to the brim yet, there’s enough to get excited about. Here’s what we know so far — and what you should keep an eye on.
The July 2026 Lineup So Far
As of now, only a handful of games have been officially confirmed for Game Pass in July 2026. The big tease comes from the video above, which shows off a few key reveals. If you watched it, you’ll know that Fable IV is making a surprise appearance on the service day one — that’s right, the reboot lands directly on Game Pass. Playground Games’ long-awaited RPG looks stunning, and having it available at launch is a massive win for subscribers.
Also confirmed is Starfield: Shattered Space, the first major expansion for Bethesda’s space epic. It’s hitting Game Pass on July 15, which means you won’t need to pay extra if you’re already subscribed. That’s a nice way to kick off the second half of the year.
Another surprise: Hollow Knight: Silksong finally has a release date — July 25, 2026 — and it’s coming to Game Pass day one. After years of waiting, the sequel to one of the best Metroidvanias ever is almost here. The internet is already losing its collective mind.
Rumored Additions and Cloud Updates
Beyond the confirmed titles, there’s chatter about a few more. Rumors suggest Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 could drop around late July, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 might get a surprise addition to the service. Neither is official yet, so take that with a grain of salt.
Microsoft has also been beefing up its cloud gaming offerings. July 2026 is expected to bring a handful of older titles to the cloud, including Dragon Age: Inquisition and Yakuza: Like a Dragon. If you’re a mobile player, that’s good news — more games you can stream without a console.
What We’re Hoping For
Game Pass has a habit of dropping last-minute surprises, so don’t be shocked if a few more heavy hitters appear as July approaches. Personally, I’d love to see Baldur’s Gate 3 finally make the jump, or maybe Elden Ring — but that’s a long shot. Still, with Fable IV, Silksong, and Shattered Space all locked in, July is shaping up to be a strong month for subscribers.
