SEGA and Two Point Studios just announced that Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Switch 2 on September 16. That's the base game plus every scrap of downloadable content they ever made for it, all in one digital package. A physical edition follows on November 6, for those of you who still like to own things.
If you missed it the first time around, this is the game where you build and manage a hospital in a world where patients show up with heads that are literally light bulbs. You unscrew the bulb, they walk out cured. That's the tone.
Why This Still Matters in 2025
Hospital management sims are a niche that rarely gets this much love. Two Point Hospital is basically Theme Hospital with a modern coat of paint and a sense of humor that hasn't aged a day. The "Full Health Collection" bundle is a no-brainer for anyone who missed the PS4, Xbox One, or PC releases, or for Switch 2 owners who want something to play while waiting for the next Zelda.

How to Actually PlayAd
You start with an empty hospital. No reception desk, no wards, no toilets. Your job is to build all that from scratch, hire doctors, nurses, assistants, and janitors, and keep everyone happy enough that they don't quit. Patients come in with bizarre illnesses like "Lightheadedness" (head becomes a light bulb) or "Pandemic" (the whole hospital gets sick). You diagnose, treat, and send them out the door.
The game awards stars for each hospital you run successfully. More stars unlock new regions, each with its own set of weird diseases and challenges. It's a loop that works because the absurdity never lets up.

SEGA also dropped a new trailer to mark the announcement. It's very Two Point—fast cuts, silly voiceovers, and a lot of patients with things growing out of their heads.
The Bigger Picture
This collection is a classic late-gen port strategy. Get the complete edition onto as many current consoles as possible, especially the new Switch 2 which has a lot of momentum but not a huge library yet. It also signals that Two Point Studios is confident enough in the series to keep the original alive alongside its successors. Two Point Museum is coming, and if you haven't played the hospital game, you're missing the foundation of the joke.
